The Overlook is a pet friendly community, with a 2 pet maximum per household. Size and breed restrictions apply. Please contact the office for more details. There is an additional $500 deposit for pets, as well as a $50 monthly pet rent.

Parking at The Overlook is a breeze! Each unit will be assigned either one carport spot, or one garage. Units that come with a garage will have a $100 upcharge. There are additional unassigned parking spots available on a first come first serve basis.
